UPDATE: Customer Alert: Thurs May 10, 2012

Customer Alert:  The problem reported over the last 24 hours with the order taking process has now been resolved. The problem occurred very late last night (PST) while a small programming change was being made and was fixed a few mintues ago. The problem was not security related, all data is safe and any orders placed in the last 24 hours should not have been affected, although we may have to contact a small number of customers to re-confirm delivery addresses. Thank you for your patience.
