Unfortunately on Thursday April 28, between 7:03 AM and 9:11 PM (PST) our system encountered problems processing payments from some customers attempting to order online or through our call center.
This glitch effected a small number of orders placed during that time. Affected customers were advised that their payment could not be processed and their credit cards were not charged.
The issue was caused by a problem with an authorization password in the gateway connecting our system and that of our credit card payment processor. No issues of security were involved, and this problem has now been rectified.
If you were one of the effected customers, we do sincerely apologize and ask that you either place your order again online, or contact our call center on 1-888-691-2268 who can process your payment.
