Our Canadian office is right in the middle of the action in Downtown Vancouver and we can really feel the buzz. We've also been putting in a lot of work to ensure that while everyone is enjoying the games, the impact on our customers is minimized. We've got remote working plans for our call center team, off site mail processing arrangments, special staff rosters, IT management plans and other contingency plans which (hopefully) will mean that, from a customer point of view, you won't even notice any impact at all.


At this stage, we think that if anyone is impacted, it will only be that small percentage of customers who choose to pay for their orders by check. Due to the security surrounding the venues close to our office, if customers are sending in a check for payment there may be a short delay in receiving them.
